Negotiation Sale B2B Business Development
- Proactively reach out to enterprises through calls, emails, and networking, connecting with decision-makers such as CEOs, HR Directors, CFOs, and COOs. - Discover and analyze business operation needs across key verticals: Human Resource (HRM+), Work & Collaboration (Work+), Information (Infor+), Finance (Finance+), and Customer Management (CRM+). - Consult, demo, and pitch solutions turning technology into actionable solutions that help businesses save time, cost, and operational risk. (On average, you will have 6–8 in-person meetings per week with clients across HCMC and nearby provinces.) - Negotiate and close deals, directly engaging in contract discussions and agreement finalization. - Manage your sales pipeline practicing discipline and data-driven management by tracking progress, updating CRM, and reporting regularly. - Continuously learn and grow through curiosity and coaching from 1-on-1 mentoring with experienced leaders to Base’s specialized B2B Sales training programs.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, with measurable results (revenue, deal volume, closing ratio, etc.). - A strong desire to build a long-term career in B2B Sales, where you not only sell but also consult complex, knowledge-based solutions for business clients. - Interest and curiosity in technology, software, and digital transformation solutions that optimize both work and life. - Ambitious and bold: someone who enjoys challenges and the feeling of conquering big goals where most would give up. - Curious and open-minded: eager to take on difficult problems and learn from talented people. - Self-reflective and growth-oriented: you believe “I am the root cause of my problems,” and see the next 3 years as a crucial period to build your foundation, mindset, and career path.
