Sales Promotion
Responsible for developing and implementing the e-commerce strategy for electronic products. Lead all e-commerce operations, including strategy, product management, promotions, livestreams, and after-sales service. Plan and execute campaigns on Shopee and TikTok Shop to achieve sales targets and maximize brand visibility. Manage online store performance, optimize product rankings, and secure platform resources. Oversee e-commerce livestreams, including planning, team coordination, and performance tracking. Collaborate with marketing to create content and execute campaigns across channels. Analyze sales data, track progress, and identify growth opportunities with actionable insights. Build strong partnerships with platforms to increase traffic and resource allocation.
Proficient in e-commerce platform operations, channel management, and customer relationship management. Strong communication skills to effectively convey plans and strategies to teams. Ability to understand online shopper behavior and organize effective store activities. Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus). Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with consumer electronics brands or distributors. Strong market awareness and data analysis skills. Experience with TikTok Shop is a plus.
