Sales Cloud Interpersonal Skills
Sales & Customer Engagement - Identify and pursue opportunities to introduce cloud solutions to banking and financial institutions. - Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions. - Support end-to-end sales cycles. Collaboration - Work with internal team to propose tailored proposal for customers. - Work closely with line manager, partner team, technical team, and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive growth initiatives. - Build strong engagement with vendor/ partners key contacts. Learning & Development - Stay updated on the latest trends in cloud, AI, and data analytics within the BFSI industry. - Leverage vendor programs to bring the best value to customers. - Proactively share insights and contribute ideas to enhance go-to-market strategies.
Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields. Experience: - Around 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in IT, software, or cloud). - Experience working with banking or enterprise customers is a strong advantage. Skills & Attributes: - Proactive and team-working, able to take initiatives and manage opportunities with project team. - Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a genuine curiosity for migration, mordernization, Data, and AI. - Clever and quick-thinking, able to connect customer pain points with suitable solutions. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills – comfortable engaging with every roles in customers and vendor. - Good command of English proficiency (written and spoken). - Proficient in Excel and CRM tool
