B2B Business Development
- Develop and execute a go‑to‑market plan for Vietnam (food, feed, pharma ingredients) focusing on manufacturers, distributors and processors, starting on a specific list of prospects at the beginning. - Identify, qualify and manage a pipeline of B2B opportunities with food, feed and pharmaceutical customers (importers, distributors, industrial end‑users). - Conduct regular customer visits and online meetings to build relationships, understand technical needs and promote CEMP’s ingredient portfolio. Plan trip with CEMP management to visit customers on monthly basis. - Coordinate product trials, sampling, technical follow‑up and quotation process with CEMP’s trading team. - Report weekly on activities: new leads, meetings held, quotes sent, trial status and expected closing dates (simple shared pipeline). - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing and regulatory aspects relevant to ingredients in Vietnam.
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales / business development in Vietnam, ideally with food, feed or pharmaceutical ingredients (distributors, traders or manufacturers). - Existing network of purchasing, R&D, QA and production contacts in Vietnamese manufacturers (feed mills, food processors, beverage, meat, dairy, nutraceutical or pharma). - Proven track record of introducing new ingredients or suppliers to industrial customers and closing repeat business. - Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and good working English (spoken and written). - Self‑driven, structured and comfortable working remotely with clear activity and performance targets. - Based in Ho Chi Minh City, with willingness to travel regularly to customer sites across Vietnam.
- Independent contractor / agent role (not an employment contract): you invoice CEMP monthly for your services. This can be turned into an employment contract after significant development. - Monthly fix range: 1 200–1 400 USD during the initial phase. - Attractive commissions per metric ton, linked to the margin per product. This will be guided by the manager. - Initial contract of 3–6 months with clear activity KPIs (visits, qualified leads, quotes, trials) and potential to increase the retainer and responsibilities based on performance.
