KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ● Responsible for participating in requirements, gathering process for data integration, data analytics and/or information delivery solutions ● Supervise & verify the output of the data entry team ● Oversee clients' daily transactions, including accounts payable/ receivables, general ledger, and bank reconciliations ● Support to manage the month-end and year-end closing ● Support to monitor the daily performance of the accounting department ● Support to organize financial data into usable information and maintain updated records ● Act as an interface between the customer, the technical implementation team, and the internal team to deliver the efficient output or get feedback on the requirements ● Responsible for documenting functional, and technical requirements, developing graphs a report template, and a presentation of project results ● Ensure compliance with accounting standards & regulations
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
● BS degree in Accounting, Auditing or Finance. ● 1 to 2 years of experience in Accounting, proven experience in handling the full-cycle bookkeeping process ● Experience with U.S. GAAP is essential; knowledge of IFRS or Australian accounting Standards will also be considered ● Experience with accounting software ● Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations ● Upper intermediate level of proficiency in English, be able to communicate with customers ● Good software skills, MS Excel in particular ● Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data ● Attention to detail and accuracy, having a serious regard for confidentiality, and the ability to meet strict deadlines
