Analytics Sales Communications
- Assist sales representatives with quote preparation, presentations, and customer follow-ups. - Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution. - Maintain Salesforce with updated customer information, leads, and sales pipeline activities. - Manage administrative tasks such as pricing requests, tender documentation, and contract management. - Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipment details, delays, or custom requirements. - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through client interaction and data analysis. - Build strong relationships with customers to maintain existing business and drive growth. - Generate performance reports and provide insights for sales forecasting and strategic decisions. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding. - Support marketing activities for product promotions and special programs. - Contribute to ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the manager or functional team.
- Bachelor’s degree with strong knowledge of Incoterms, global shipping practices, and supply chain terminology. - 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems such as Salesforce or CargoWise. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English. - Highly adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Customer-focused with a growth mindset and experience in high-speed freight forwarding operations. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
