Networking and Business Development: - Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional network. - Represent the firm in negotiations and discussions with potential clients. Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with transactions.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
▪ 8+ years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, or strategy consulting is mandatory ▪ 3+ years of senior experience in similar fields ▪ Previous senior experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity or Big 4, ▪ Fluency in English and Vietnamese is a must, ▪ Autonomy and motivation, ▪ Ability to lead corporate finance projects, ▪ Networking capabilities towards potential clients and/or investors, and ▪ Strong computer skills, strong quantitative abilities, critical thinking skills, and well-developed verbal and written communication skills. ▪ Team player with a strong work ethic and desire to be part of a dedicated team committed to growth,
