1. Organizational Management & People Development - Lead performance management and capability development initiatives. - Foster a professional, inclusive, and value-driven work culture aligned with Group standards. - Develop and implement training and succession planning programs to support employee growth and business continuity. 2. Financial Management - Oversee budget planning, financial control, and cost management. - Ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting, in compliance with both local and Group regulations. 3. Systems & Compliance - Promote the effective use of internal management systems and tools. - Communicate, monitor, and enforce compliance with company policies, processes, and standards. 4. Back Office Operations - Human Resources: Supervise recruitment, performance evaluation, payroll, and employee engagement. - Legal: Manage contracts, compliance, and government relations; coordinate with HQ Legal for guidance and alignment. - Finance & Accounting: Oversee accounting, banking, taxation, and reporting activities. - Logistics: Collaborate with HQ Logistics to ensure efficient warehousing, customs, and related operations. - Administration: Manage office operations, facilities, and coordinate with HQ IT to provide an effective working environment. 5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement - Provide timely and accurate reports to management. - Conduct internal reviews and audits to maintain operational integrity. - Take initiative in process improvements and other assignments to support organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - At least 5 years in a senior management position (Director, Deputy Director, or equivalent). - Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams in Finance, Legal, HR, Administration, or Logistics. - Proven leadership ability, strategic thinking, and strong problem-solving skills. - Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is an advantage. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is required, with additional local languages as a plus. - Willingness to travel as needed within the country and region.
