1. Program Development & Implementation - Design and implement a comprehensive internship and graduate trainee program aligned with business needs. - Define program structure, selection criteria, learning outcomes, and evaluation metrics. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent needs across departments. 2.University Engagement & Relationship Management - Build and manage strategic relationships with key universities, career centers, student clubs, and academic departments. - Coordinate and attend career fairs, info sessions, and university events to promote the organization and its talent programs. - Negotiate partnership agreements and MOUs with selected institutions. 3. Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience - Drive campus recruitment campaigns including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding interns and graduate hires. - Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process. - Coordinate assessments, group exercises, and other selection methodologies. 4. Employer Branding & Marketing - Work closely with the marketing team to build a strong employer brand on campus through social media, student ambassadorships, and targeted content. - Develop collateral such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials tailored to Vietnamese student audiences. 5. Program Evaluation & Reporting - Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, performance, retention). - Provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership on program effectiveness and continuous improvement opportunities. 6. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in university relations, campus recruitment, talent development, or related roles in Vietnam. - Strong understanding of the Vietnamese higher education landscape and student employment trends. - Experience in building early-career programs (internships, MT programs, etc.) is highly preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Bilingual in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken) is required. - Passion for youth development and early-career talent.
