- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities. - Achieve sales targets in accordance with assigned business objectives. Performance will be assessed based on goal fulfillment and contribution to revenue growth. - Plan and organize sales activities to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. - Introduce the company’s full range of products and services to potential customers, effectively demonstrating value to support conversion. - Handle the complete sales cycle—engaging directly with customers from initial contact through to closing the transaction, including the decision to discontinue unqualified leads. - Provide timely and accurate sales data, including customer portfolios, transaction history, and reports, to relevant departments for cross-functional support. - Monitor and follow up on customer payments to reduce outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections. - Update and maintain the monthly Sales Dashboard to support business performance reviews and strategic planning. - Maintain and manage sales-related data including customer segmentation, sales territory coverage, distribution channels, and market insights. - Evaluate and analyze customer performance and behavior, providing recommendations for business development and customer retention strategies. - Track and monitor sales activities and trade programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- 2-3+ years of sales or other relevant experience - University degrees: Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, etc. - Good at Ms Office, prefer candidate have experience in data, consulting, analytics - Good communication and presentation skills (English & Vietnamese language) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Strong Sales skills, a high sense of responsibility, good team spirit, driven and target oriented. - Can work independently or teamwork.
