Project Manager/ Leader shall be part of our professional and dynamic team at Panasonic R&D Center Vietnam, leading key projects with clients worldwide. The main duties and responsibilities are as follows: • Communicate with customers for requirement analysis, project plan and project progress. • Adhere to strict delivery schedule with high quality. • Review all project documentation. • Provide software proposal, estimation base on project requirements. • Assign tasks to resources efficiently. • Report project progress, issues, technical solutions, etc. to Department Head • Support project members on technologies and provide solution decisions.
University degree in Software engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunications or related majors. At least 3 -year experience in project management. At least 3-year experience in software development (Mobile/ Web – Frontend, Back-end, Fullstack) Experience in project planning, project tracking, requirement management, risk management, quality control and communication management. Strong sense of quality and customer orientation. Strong experience in development process & managing KPI by CMMI, Agile... Leadership and Negotiation skills
