• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable frontend code for core products • Build responsive, accessible, and performant UI components following modern best practices • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into seamless user experiences • Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, ensuring efficient and reliable data handling • Optimize application performance, accessibility, security, and SEO as appropriate • Contribute to architectural decisions, recommending improvements for scalability and maintainability • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Mentor junior developers and advocate for best practices in coding, testing, and documentation
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
• 4+ years of professional software development experience • Proven expertise as a ReactJS developer with strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+) • Solid understanding of RESTful API integration • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, accessibility standards, SEO, and web security best practices • Experience with SSR/SSG frameworks, particularly Next.js (strong Next.js knowledge is a plus) • Familiarity with modern React data-fetching libraries such as React Query or SWR • Experience working with utility-first CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS and CSS Modules • Comfortable with modern frontend build tools and version control, including Git, Webpack, Gulp, and NPM • Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, MSW, and Faker • Proficient English communication and writing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with clean code principles, SOLID design principles, and common design patterns • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
