- Identify, approach, and develop new Japanese clients in need of IT outsourcing and digital transformation services. - Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations in Japanese. - Conduct contract negotiations and manage project discussions with Japanese stakeholders. - Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to build client-centric proposals. - Maintain and develop long-term business relationships with both current and potential clients. - Participate in business trips to Japan or meet clients on-site when needed. - Stay updated on technology trends and client needs in the Japanese IT market.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT sales or global business development, preferably in offshore development or outsourcing. - Proven track record in serving Japanese clients in the software or technology services sector. - Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher); fluency in English is a strong advantage. - Deep understanding of the Japanese business culture, communication styles, and working practices. - Familiar with software development life cycle and service delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). - Good interpersonal and presentation skills; proactive and adaptable to a multicultural environment.
