- Record and maintain employee’s learning records in Learning Management System (LMS) - Record attendance for all in-house training sessions - Ensure accurate record-keeping for audit purposes - Trigger and manage post-training surveys to gather feedback - Generate reports on training activities and outcomes - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to record-keeping in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, in a L&D role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational and data management skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
