- Develop and execute business plans with key distributors - Monitor and analyze distributor performance, sell-in/sell-out data, and stock levels to ensure targets are met - Coordinate with e-commerce enablers and internal teams to grow sales on e-commerce platforms - Manage product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and performance tracking across platforms - Ensure alignment between e-commerce campaigns and overall commercial and marketing objectives - Track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and ensure accurate product listing and pricing across platforms - Coordinate with marketing agencies to develop compelling brand assets and marketing materials, implement strategies, improve performance, and ensure seamless campaign execution aligned with business goals - Prepare and manage sales forecasts with partners ensuring accurate demand planning. - Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (Admin, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting) and external partners for business operations - Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies - Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance and identify improvement opportunities - Provide regular business reports to the Commercial Manager, highlighting key performance metrics and insights

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

Key Qualifications - Bachelor degree holder in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in business operations, distributor management, e-commerce, or trade marketing in the VMS or FMCG industry - Strong knowledge of retail distribution, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing - Experience in managing distributors, e-commerce enablers, and marketing agencies - Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, including marketplace management and digital ads. - Proficiency in sales forecasting, business analysis, and data interpretation Skills & Attributes - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese - Agility and resilience to succeed in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment - Can-do approach to initiate new ideas and take ownership - Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
