Sales & Market Expansion: - Proactively search for potential customers from various data sources, including cold data, personal network data, partner channel data, data generated by the marketing team,… and convert them into paying customers - Establish relationships, understand, and absorb customer needs and problems. - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in both Vietnamese and global markets. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Address customer issues and provide ongoing support to enhance their experience with our products.
- Proven experience in business development and sales B2B, ideally in the Saas companies - Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. - At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales - Have a strong knowledge of pipeline building and sales outbound skills. - Have strong presentation skills, both during in-person meetings and over conference calls. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. - Proficient in English
