Business Analyst Software Development
- Work directly with US customers - Conduct requirement meetings/workshops with business users, customers, and stakeholders to gather ideas and requirements. - Create and maintain Business Requirement Definitions, Software Requirement Specifications, Mockups, User Stories with clear acceptance criteria, and other related documents. - Make presentations to demonstrate requirement understanding and gain approval from key stakeholders. - Ensure requirements align with business objectives and add real value. - Prioritize requirements and backlogs based on business needs. - Translate requirements into actionable tasks for the project team, ensuring every member understands what they’re doing and why. - Perform Project Acceptance Tests before UAT. - Run workshops and training sessions to enable stakeholders to effectively use the delivered software/applications. - Scrum Master / Agile Facilitation - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives). - Support the Product Owner in managing and refining the product backlog. - Help remove impediments that block the team’s progress. - Coach and guide the team and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum principles. - Promote transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field. - 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects. - Strong skills in requirement elicitation, analysis, documentation, and prioritization. - Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). - Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, business process flows, and functional documentation. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and working in cross-functional teams. - Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
