Tổng quan về công việc và trách nhiệm

- Drive discussions with users to align on requirements and suggest design improvements - Conduct end user training and support - Documentation and development of user guide - Prepare project plans including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off details. - Ensuring data harmonization and synchronization between systems.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- At least 5 years of experience in managing HRIS on ECC or S/4 HANA and integration between SuccessFactors and S/4 HANA or ECC. - Hands-on experience with trouble shooting data replication issues between SuccessFactors to S/4 HANA or ECC. - Familiar with S/4 HANA LSMW, ABAP, PFCG and SuccessFactors Role Base Permission - Have at least administrative know-how on managing SuccessFactors modules in at least 3 of the following modules - Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning and talent management modules (Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning etc.) - Hands-on design and configuration with at least 3 S4 HANA/ECC HCM implementation experience cycles. - Strong understanding of implementation strategy and integration approaches - Good project management and delivery skills - Good communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to analyze and propose solutions to business requirements & issues - University graduate - Fluent English
