Negotiation Sales Manager Planning
- Mainly responsible for managing the Account Management (AM) Group's KPI in revenue & maintain relationships with key accounts and customer visits according to set tiers of corporate customers to generate sales volumes & revenues through upselling, retention, and reactivation activities; - Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders in handling service failure, billing issues, customer complaints, and other inquiries; - Conduct periodic surveys on existing corporate customer cohorts from time to time to identify market insights; - Collaborate with the marketing department on regular and seasonal campaigns and oversee the overall campaign timeline to ensure the integration plan is finished as committed to expected output quality. - Weekly and Monthly report to the Manager. - Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager.
