Negotiation Analytical
• Develop and nurture strong partnerships with key retail chains and distributors to drive business growth. • Create and execute annual and quarterly sell-in plans aligned with sales targets and marketing strategies. • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, trade terms, and promotional funding. • Collaborate with demand planning and logistics team to ensure accurate forecasting and product availability. • Monitor inventory levels at distributor and retail chain warehouses to optimize stock turnover and minimize excess. • Track and analyze sell-in performance, providing insights and improvement plans. • Coordinate with marketing team to align trade promotion calendars with sell-in strategies. • Work closely with the Sell-Out team to align pipeline visibility and support retailer success.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or trade marketing; experience with retail chains is a must. • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management. • Analytical mindset.
