● Oversee and manage daily operations for import ,export shipment, ensuring efficiency in freight handling, logistics coordination, and service delivery. ● Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of logistics processes, including air, ocean ,customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution. ● Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements to meet service quality and client satisfaction standards. ● Implement and maintain compliance with international logistics standards, regulations, and company policies. ● Identify operational risks and develop solutions to mitigate disruptions. ● Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
● Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. ● Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with a proven track record in managing teams and processes. ● Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, warehousing, and international freight operations. ● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. ● Proficiency in Chinese and Vietnamese.
