- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and potential clients - Leverage knowledge of telecommunications systems, particularly power supply and site equipment, to provide effective customer consultation and solutions. - Identify client needs, analyze market trends, and propose business opportunities. - Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract signing to project follow-up and payment collection. - Collaborate closely with technical and project teams to ensure service quality and on-time delivery. - Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. - Provide regular reports on business activities, customer feedback, and competitor insights.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT, or related fields. - 2–3 years of relevant experience in telecommunications, B2B sales, or account management, preferably candidates with a technical background. - Young, dynamic, and proactive personality is highly preferred. - Solid knowledge of telecom power systems and site infrastructure. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Good command of Chinese or English for business communication (Chinese is a strong advantage). - Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and commit to sales targets. - Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (telecom industry requirement). - High sense of responsibility and resilience.
