1. Sales Strategy and Execution: • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Vietnam. • Identify new business opportunities and create tailored solutions for potential clients. 2. Client Relationship Management: • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing value-driven solutions. 3. Market Analysis and Business Development: • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. • Lead efforts in expanding CRIF’s presence and market share in Vietnam. 4. Team Leadership: • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve goals. • Set objectives, provide regular feedback, and foster a high-performing sales culture. 5. Collaboration and Reporting: • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or related industries. • Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving/exceeding sales targets. • Strong understanding of credit risk management, decisioning solutions, or business information services is a plus. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. • Results-oriented, with a proactive and strategic approach to sales.
