We are currently seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills in English, a deep understanding of the IT industry and the recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on various IT roles, including FE, BE Developers, QA/QC, BA, PM, etc. Experience in recruiting for game and art positions is highly Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement for IT professionals worldwide, mainly in Vietnam & Thailand. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and build job descriptions. Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and engage with top talent. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit. Maintain a pipeline of candidates for future openings and foster relationships with potential hires.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or related fields. In-depth understanding of the recruitment process and best practices. Strong knowledge of IT roles, particularly Front-End, Back-End, QA, BA, PM, and prefer gaming/art positions. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with various sourcing tools and platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
