As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly capable Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving service and operational excellence Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day retail operations across outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery. • Take full ownership of P&L performance, implementing strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets in alignment with senior management. • Lead, train, and motivate staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth. • Design, coordinate, and implement operational systems that enhance efficiency and deliver consistent excellence in customer experience. • Monitor and analyze operational performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with management on business development initiatives, promotions, and strategic projects.
• Minimum 5 years of proven retail management experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or consumergoods. • 3-4 years of experience managing people • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to develop, mentor, and retain high-performing teams. • Solid understanding of P&L management and experience in executing strategies to drive sales growth. • Proactive, resourceful, and hands-on, with strong ownership of results. • Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Malay is preferred to effectively liaise with diverse staff and customers. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for operational details and process improvements.
