Import/Export Supply Chain Sales
- Support the Taiwan-based team with cross-border trade operations - Maintain communication with Vietnamese clients and/or suppliers - Assist with documentation, reports, and data consolidation - Support procurement activities including inquiries, quotations, shipping schedules, delivery, and production progress tracking - Provide interpretation during key meetings (Chinese ↔ Vietnamese) - Handle basic written translation (Chinese ↔ English)
- 3–5 years of experience in international trade, sales, supply chain, sales administration, or shipping/logistics - Familiar with import/export procedures, triangular trade, international logistics, and trade documentation (e.g. Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.) - Experience working with Vietnamese factories is highly preferred - Experience in cross-border communication, coordination, and trade negotiation is a strong plus - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Familiar with online collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Notion, Zoom, etc.) - Basic data analysis and reporting capability - Strong ability to write business emails in Chinese and English and prepare presentations - Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently - Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills and cross-cultural collaboration capability - High stress tolerance and able to work across multiple time zones and countries
- Salary: USD 560 + performance-based commission
