職務概要

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information • Keeping up with product and service information and updates. • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers to close sales and achieve sales target. • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. • Upselling products and services, route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. • Other tasks assigned by sales managers.

必要なスキルと経験

• Proven inside sales experience or experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred. • Track record of over-achieving target. • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day. • Proficient with SEO and web presentation tools. • Experience working with MS or similar CRM. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Strong listening and presentation skills. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • BA/BS degree or equivalent. • English is must.
