• Identify, reach out, and collaborate with KOLs/KOCs who vibe with our playful and daring brand. • Brainstorm, plan, and execute influencer campaigns that spark conversations, engagement and even number in sales. • Work closely with influencers to create fun, engaging, and educational content that makes people stop scrolling. • Assess influencer content and provide constructive input to ensure the content meets both PlayAh!’s brand vision and the influencer’s creative style, making sure it's a win-win for both sides. • Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights. • Stay ahead of viral trends, pop culture, and all things buzzy in the social media world. • Keep influencers engaged and excited about working with PlayAh! long-term. • Collaborate with Customer Development, Supply Chain, and Finance to support projects, competitor tracking, and media plan alignment. • Manage and coach interns or junior team members; ensure tasks are aligned, tracked, and delivered on time.
1. Hands-on Experience: You need to have at least 3 years of experience in Marketing. If you have "fought" and "won" in Startup and SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) companies, where you had to do everything yourself and every dollar spent had to be truly effective, that is a HUGE PLUS. 2. Authentic CV: A CV summarizing the projects you have successfully completed, along with 5 links to the content you frequently engage with on social media (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram...). 3. Practice: Please include one content idea you want to create right away for PlayAh! if you are accepted. It could be a viral Social Media script or a bold collaboration concept with a KOC/Influencer. It doesn’t need to be too detailed; just make sure the idea is EXPLOSIVE!
