About the Role This is an execution-focused role — not a creative one. Your job is to publish property listing ads and organic content accurately, on time, and error-free. You’ll work closely with Australian account managers and follow structured processes to keep campaigns running smoothly across multiple client accounts. Working hours: AEST 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, corresponding to 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM Vietnam time (shifts to 4:30 AM start Oct–Apr during Australian daylight saving). Paid Ads (Primary Focus) - Set up and publish Facebook and Instagram property listing ads via Meta Ads Manager - Review all campaign elements before going live: copy, images, links, pricing, targeting - Monitor active campaigns and flag issues immediately to the account manager Organic Social Media - Schedule and publish posts across client accounts using scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite) - Format captions based on provided content briefs — no copywriting required - Maintain consistency and brand standards across all accounts Admin & Client Support - Process campaign updates and change requests accurately and on time - Maintain task trackers and ensure nothing falls through the cracks - Communicate clearly with the AU team on progress and blockers
