What is PodCourse? Podcourse (a portmanteau of Podcast and Course) is a new feature in Fonos' lifelong learning ecosystem. Each PodCourse will talk about a specific topic, led by an expert or person with extensive experience in that field (mentor/coach). This role includes sourcing and collaborating with mentors to develop content and fine-tune the PodCourses scripts, as well as working closely with the PodCourses producer and video editor to ensure each PodCourses is captivating and delivers value. Mentor Collaboration Research and Content Development: - Synthesize information to generate topic ideas that leverage the mentor's strengths and expertise. - Ability to research the needs of the target audience and analyze data from sales & marketing to propose topics. Proofreading and Editing: - Fact-check to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Correct spelling, grammar, and syntax to maintain high-quality outputs. Editing and Publishing: - Edit recorded materials: trim raw files and refine transcripts to create engaging content. - Develop compelling course descriptions, including course name, overview, mentor introduction, and episode details.
