Tổng quan về công việc và trách nhiệm
1. Review CAD files (3D models, 2D drawings) of items developed in China. 2. Understand test protocols and train the responding lab technicians in Vietnam. 3. Coordinate mold transfers from China to Vietnam; oversee mold trials and resolve issues. 4. Coordinate for the pilot run (PP) in Vietnam, solve any problem if it happens, bridge between China's NPD and Vietnam's production. 5. Source local suppliers for metal/plastic parts; trial and verify new tooling at our factories. 6. Manage design changes (ECO), release updates to the corresponding department, and ensure implementation
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the metal/plastic industry. 3. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks or Creo) 4. Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities. 5. Basic English and/or Chinese (optional, but an advantage). 6. Hands-on experience with mold trials and pilot production processes. 7. Familiarity with sourcing and evaluating local suppliers for metal and plastic components. 8. Willing to work at the HCM office 1-2 days per week to synchronize tasks and work plans
