Marketing Campaigns & Events: - Support the planning and execution of marketing events promotional activities including logistics arrangement, vendor coordination, and on-site event management. - Support content development and visual design for campaigns, promotional materials, and digital platforms. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Internal Communication: - Contribute to the planning and execution of internal events and conferences that promote employee engagement and understanding of company goals. - Support content and design needs for country-level or local events and announcements. - Act as a platform ambassador (e.g., intranet or internal communications tool) to drive employee engagement. - Monitor channel performance and suggest improvements to boost effectiveness and reach. - Create and localize communication materials such as articles, videos, infographics, and presentation decks. - Ensure materials are aligned with branding and communication standards. - Support planning and communication of CSR initiatives in collaboration with relevant departments.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, communication, or event support roles. - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Good organizational and multitasking abilities. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar).
