Microservices AI/Artificial Intelligence Python
- Lead an AI Engineer development team, focusing on the back-end AI services, by providing direction and facilitating the collaboration between team members. - Study and understand our current business, involve into the PRD discovery phase, be able to clarify & understand the business problem. - Design cloud-native AI service architecture that is scalable, highly available, reliable and maintainable. - Participate in estimation, sprint planning and task assignment. - Be responsible and fully control AI services from scratch, including solution, architect, DB, detailed design, coding, code review, testing, deployment, monitoring and support. - Develop, implement and deploy AI solutions to solve real-world business problems. - Monitor & optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability and reliability. - Collaborate with the AI team and software engineers to build, integrate, and maintain AI models in production systems. - Integrate AI solutions into existing systems. - Work collaboratively with software developers to ensure successful deployment of AI services. - Communicate results and progress clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, machine learning and AI application architectures.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and software engineering. - Strong Python, FastAPI programming skills. - Strong experience in cloud computing (AWS services such as SageMaker, ECS, Lambda, Step Function, S3, SQS…etc). - Strong experience in microservices, event driven architectures. - Strong experience in setting up a data pipeline with cost efficiency and security in mind. - Strong experience with AI tools and technologies, such as LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MCP, and scikit-learn. - Experience fine-tuning generative AI models is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and integrate AI solutions into SaaS system. - Familiar with software engineering practices, such as version control, testing, and deployment Be able to apply AI into your daily work. - Ability to quickly learn and understand new business domains and identify potential areas for AI applications. - Experience in managing a software development team. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Good in English communication.
