- Payroll & Bonus Management: Ensure accurate monthly salary and bonus payments for all employees. - Bank Account Management: Oversee corporate bank accounts and transactions with our primary bank. - Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly cash flow reports to the headquarters. - Tax & Social Insurance: Calculate and manage Personal Income Tax (PIT), social insurance, and trade union fees. - Financial Statement Preparation: Maintain accurate accounting books and financial records to support external audits. - Asset Management Control: Asset tracking & monitoring, Inventory Checks
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- 3 to 7 years of experience in accounting or finance. - Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations. - Experience with payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting. - Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required. - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word). - High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
