Job Responsibilities Recruitment and Staffing • Formulate recruitment plans according to production needs and independently manage the entire process from resume screening, interviewing to onboarding. • Maintain local recruitment channels and expand a bilingual (Chinese-Vietnamese) talent pool to ensure timely staffing for key positions. Labor Law Compliance and Employee Relations • Ensure that the factory's HR policies comply with Vietnam's Labor Law and the latest regulations, and regularly update labor contracts and internal rules and regulations. • Handle employee complaints and labor disputes, coordinate with labor unions, and reduce employment risks. Social Insurance and File Management • Manage the payment of employees' social insurance (health insurance, unemployment insurance, and work-related injury insurance) to ensure 100% compliance. • Establish an electronic employee file system to categorize and store documents such as labor contracts, academic certificates, and health examination reports. Attendance and Compensation Management • Supervise the operation of the attendance system, verify abnormal attendance data, and follow up on resolutions. • Calculate monthly attendance sheets and prepare compensation and benefits reports for review by the Chinese headquarters. Visa and Administrative Support • Handle the extension of business visas and work permits for Chinese employees and update foreign employment permits. • Manage factory dormitories (allocation, maintenance requests) and canteens (supplier coordination, hygiene inspections) and other logistical affairs. EHS and System Management • Develop and implement EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) training programs, organize fire drills and safety inspections. • Prepare documents required for customer or third-party audits (such as ISO 45001) and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions. System and Process Optimization • Localize and revise factory documents such as the Employee Handbook and Reward and Punishment System according to the requirements of the Chinese headquarters. • Promote the implementation of digital tools (such as OA systems) to improve administrative efficiency.

必要なスキルと経験

Language Skills: • Fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing; an HSK Level 4 certificate or above or practical work experience proof is required) and proficient in Vietnamese. Experience Requirements: • At least 3 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry, familiar with Vietnam's labor laws and social insurance policies. Skill Requirements: • Proficient in using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Word (long document formatting). • Familiar with Vietnam's visa application procedures and possess basic financial knowledge (such as social insurance payment calculations). Soft Skills: • Cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to adapt to collaborative work between Chinese and Vietnamese teams. • Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to independently handle emergencies (such as employee work-related injuries and government inspections).
