Job Overview And Responsibility
- Strategic planning, development, and launch of the Web3 Wallet product while ensuring alignment with Binance's overall business strategy - Build and manage full-funnel campaigns focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention. - Familiar with growth facing featurs (TGE, airdrops and campaign tools...ec) - Monitor, analyze, and respond to user feedback and data; utilize this information to drive decisions about future product direction - Stay informed about the latest developments in the blockchain and digital assets industry and understand the competitive landscape of Web3 Wallet applications - Define, track, and improve key product metrics to enhance user experience - Lead and coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching new features
Required Skills and Experience
- Require candidate to have experience for growth product or deep understanding of web3 airdrop ecosystem , know majority of users need - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field - Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the blockchain, fintech, or tech industry - Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 Wallet design, and digital asset market trends - Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environment
