職務概要

- Manage inbound inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting appropriate solutions. - Engage with existing customers, building and maintaining long-term relationships to drive repeat business, upsell opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Conduct product and service presentations, delivering tailored presentations to prospective clients showcasing Vinova’s mobile and web development services. - Prepare quotations and proposals, working closely with the technical teams to prepare customized offerings that meet client requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully. - Follow up with clients, addressing questions, concerns, and providing additional information as needed. - Monitor client satisfaction by resolving issues and proactively offering solutions to enhance their experience. - Contribute to sales growth by nurturing existing accounts and converting inbound leads into customers. - Support administrative tasks by keeping track of sales activities, updating CRM systems, and maintaining accurate sales records.

必要なスキルと経験

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of inside sales or customer service experience within the IT industry, focusing on handling inbound inquiries or working with existing clients. - Experience in IT consulting or IT application development is a plus. - Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Highly organized with attention to detail and a customer-first attitude. - A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
