OPERATIONS - Performing day to day operational activities in customer service - Ensure KPI is met, guideline and policy are adhere to - Responsible for developing, maintaining, and standardizing reports and dashboards across multiple project teams in different countries (Korea, Japan, Philippines, Vietnam, and Malaysia - Serve as the central point of contact for data and reporting across all project teams TEAM DEVELOPMENT - Always seek ways to learn best practices, knowledge via formal and informal trainings - Analyze trends and identify areas for performance improvement CLIENT RELATIONSHIP - Collaborate with teams and stake holders to further develop strong analytic skills - Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from project managers and senior leaders PERSONAL SKILLS - Attention to detail by being precise and thoroughness - Able to organize and prioritize - Exercise communication skills in a clear manner and active listening - Flexible and can adapt to changes, new tools and evolving reporting requirements - Has a problem solving attitude and eager to learn - Exhibit collaboration and teamwork - Maintain integrity and confidentiality OPERATIONAL SKILLS - Ensuring all documentation is comolete, accurate and clear for stakehoders to understand - Identifying opportunities to automate tasks using tools and software to increase productivity - Efficiency managing and organizing databases to ensure data is accessible and usable - Making the best use of available tools and software for efficient data analysis and report creation - Establishing procedures for reviewing and validating reports before distribution - Collaborate with WFM, and Operations teams to align reporting standards and metrics. - Participate in weekly/monthly regional meetings to present key metrics and updates STRATEGIC SKILLS - Exercise Analytical Thinking by doing Data Interpretation, Trend Anaysis and Problem Solving - Technical Proficiency is a must such as advanced sills in Excel, Business Intelligence Tool and Database Management - Strategic Planning needs to focus on goal alignment - Able to manage time and maintained a quality workds - Attention to Details by data accuracy and error checking FRAUD PREVENTION AND INFORMATION SECURITY - Adhere/comply to company rules and regulations and IT security processes and ensure data confidentiality of all information at all times - Understand non compliance and fraud policies and conduct professionally at all times KEY JOB TASKS INCLUDE: Daily: - Report to management if there is any suspected risk or fraud detected - Translate stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverables - Assist stakeholders with dashboard development and report generation - Work closely with management team to prioritize business and information needs - Act as key person to do check and balance on different reporting information - Provides analytics and performance recommendations based on generated values - Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency - Evaluates, recommend and implement different reporting methodology for Reporting Enhancements - Monitor process performance and improvements based on Operational Key Metrics - Data generation and processing for Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting Assignments - Delivers and accommodates ad hoc reports as necessary - Report template building and maintenance - Automate reports to reduce inefficiencies by designing macros - Delivery of all designated reporting activities as detailed in Service Menu to agreed timelines and quality both internally and externally - Template and tracker creation - Data collation for reports Monthly: - Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of reporting process - Provide insights and recommendation based on report findings to support decision making - Data generation and processing for Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting Assignments
