We are on the lookout for a Senior Artist with a rich background in tech, gaming, entertainment, or advertising. The ideal candidate will bring a decade of experience to the table, along with a proven track record of leading and managing creative teams. Your artistic vision will shape the visual elements of our projects, and your expertise in 2D illustration will bring our ideas to life What You Will Do - Lead and manage a team of artists, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality visual outputs - Create stunning 2D illustrations and graphics using software like Adobe Photoshop - Oversee the artistic direction of projects, ensuring consistency with the overall vision - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align artistic concepts with technical and narrative requirements - Oversee videography and video editing tasks - Mentor team members, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- 6+ years of experience in a professional art role, with a portfolio that showcases a deep understanding of artistic principle - Experience with video game asset production pipeline - Experience managing and leading a team of artists - Experience working with engineering and have some basic understanding of Unity - Exceptional artistic sense, with an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling - Strong communication and leadership skills - Fluent English
