- At least 3 years of experience in designing analog circuits - Design experience for high-speed interface blocks such as transmit driver, CTLE, DFE, PLL, impedance calibration, etc. - Proven track record for timely delivery of design and validation for such circuits - Hands-on experience in DC-DC converter and other precision analog circuits like operational amplifiers, band-gap references, POR, current limit circuits, LDO regulators, comparators, oscillators, etc. - Understanding of small signal analysis and various frequency compensation techniques and ESD - Experience in verification across PVT, statistical mismatch and mixed-signal verification - Hands-on experience working with tools (Virtuoso/Tanner) for schematic/model design and verification - Experience in working closely with the layout engineers to get the optimized IP layout - Experience with silicon validation and debug process - Experience in technology nodes below 28nm - Be a good team player - Good command of English verbal communication
