Tổng quan về công việc và trách nhiệm

- Set up and update customer information (e.g. contact details, commission settings) on internal systems. - Work closely with the Singapore KYC team to align on changes related to client compliance. - Make sure all updates are properly approved and documented, following internal guidelines. - Timely updates to clients after changes are effected - Ensure proper house-keeping, including managing dormant accounts - Create and manage customer accounts across internal and external systems when needed. - Handle internal/external inquiries about customer data in a timely and professional manner by established SOPs - Support regular reporting to track progress and ensure operational transparency. - Any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the Company

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - Experience in operations, static data maintenance or onboarding experience will be viewed favourably. - Process-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability - Able to uphold standards under strict timelines - Able to work independently under minimal supervision in accordance with established SOPs - Meticulous and resourceful - Read and understand documents in Chinese, and ability to read and speak English
