1. Advocacy & Campaign Management - Lead the end-to-end execution of influencer and advocacy campaigns — from strategic planning, influencer identification, and content briefing to post-campaign evaluation. - Drive alignment between brand objectives and advocacy initiatives to ensure consistency, authenticity, and measurable impact. - Monitor campaign progress to ensure timely delivery, budget efficiency, and KPI achievement. - Anticipate potential challenges, proactively propose solutions, and manage contingency plans effectively. - Coach and support junior team members to strengthen their project ownership and execution excellence. 2. Client Partnership & Strategic Advisory - Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships by delivering strategic insights and actionable recommendations. - Act as a key advisor on advocacy and influencer strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. - Partner with clients to optimize performance, manage renewals, and identify growth opportunities that contribute to business expansion. - Mentor team members in developing consultative client service skills and strategic thinking. 3. Influencer Ecosystem & Community Development - Develop and refine influencer/KOL/KOC selection frameworks to ensure brand-fit and campaign relevance. - Build and nurture long-term influencer and advocate communities, fostering authentic brand advocacy. - Identify new advocacy trends, audience behaviors, and platform opportunities to innovate influencer solutions. - Contribute to the creation and evolution of new influencer-based service offerings and partnership models. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions on influencer marketing best practices across teams. 4. Business Development & Growth - Lead new business pitches and proposals related to influencer and advocacy services. - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics. - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales materials, case studies, and pitching frameworks. - Mentor junior team members in persuasive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- Avocacy/Influencer’s insight, knowledge of Influencer Marketing and Communications. - Having at least 6 months experience in Agency sides - Can-do attitude, Patient, proactive, critical thinking - Work under pressure - Beauty seeker - Communication skills - Good at social voice/social term/trendy content - Teamwork ability - Creative, sense of art is a plus - Fluent in speaking/writng in English - High EQ
