Sale Sale Manager Business Development
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve sales targets. - Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed. - Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients. Address client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. - Experience in Sales, at least 1.5 years of experience. - Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with grassroots customers. - Proven ability to manage a team and work under target pressure. - Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
