We are seeking a motivated Project Expert to join our team in Hanoi. The ideal candidate is a Vietnamese citizen with strong multilingual communication skills (Russian, English, and Vietnamese) and a background in project management or logistics. This role involves managing project execution, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring successful and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities • Handle projects from start to finish, including team coordination and final project cost calculation. • Define project scope and create detailed timelines with deliverables. • Assign tasks and responsibilities across the project team. • Monitor project execution and ensure outcomes align with customer requirements. • Coordinate product testing and troubleshoot potential errors. • Present completed projects to customers or the sales team and collect feedback. • Meet with customers and partners; provide quotations and consult logistics solutions. • Conduct customer research through calls, emails, and meetings. • Submit weekly sales call reports. • Regularly analyze market rates and competitor services. • Place secured shipment orders on MyFesco and follow up to resolve issues promptly. • Instruct draft bill preparation and update customers on any additional charges. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Director.
• Vietnamese nationality only. • Russian – C1 level, English – C1 level, Vietnamese – C2 level. • Bachelor’s degree (preferably studied in Russia). • 3+ years of relevant experience in logistics or project management. • Age 30 or above. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Willing to do business trips to Hai Phong (if any) • Proven experience in project coordination and execution. • Strong customer communication and relationship management skills. • Hands-on experience in logistics handling and shipment tracking. • Ability to prepare reports, quotations, and market analysis.
