1. Project delivery - Playing a key role in end-to-end project delivery; developing expert discussion guides and surveys based on client needs. - Working alongside with the Client Service Team colleagues on expert engagement and then leading insights generation by conducting expert interviews and overseeing survey fielding. You will then summarize your insights into client ready deliverables in collaboration with senior members of the team. 2. Business development - Contribute to all aspects of business origination, including pitches and presentations. - Attend meetings with clients to help sell work and work in an environment operating under tight timeframes and demands.
- Bachelor's or higher University degrees; - From 6 months of experience at top-tier strategy consulting firms (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Big 4); - You have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in due diligence/transactions, demonstrating your ability to manage project teams and vendors while producing and reviewing high-calibre reports, papers, and presentations; - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to link analysis to financial impact, and understand the implications of findings to client strategy; - Strong team participation skills, particularly teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, coupled with the ability to coach and mentor others; - Excellent problem-solving skills; - Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas; - Professionalism and consistency in approach to client work, internal business and practice development
