- Manage daily administrative and office operations for the China team, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and local regulations - Act as a key point of contact with the Singapore headquarters and overseas teams on operational matters - Plan and organize company and client-related events, including team activities, management meetings, and external engagements - Manage office budgets, track administrative expenses, and handle procurement of office supplies, catering, and related services - Maintain strong relationships with vendors, building management, and outsourced service providers - Coordinate office-related projects such as workspace optimization, facilities upgrades, and relocation support when required - Proactively propose and implement initiatives to improve the office environment and employee experience - Liaise with property management on facilities, access control, repairs, and general office administration - Arrange travel bookings and logistics for employees and visitors - Work with outsourced payroll partners to support payroll operations and payroll- related compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university (e.g. 985 / 211 institutions or equivalent), or overseas education background - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in office management, administration, or executive / personal assistant roles - Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin, able to support cross-border communication - Basic understanding of administrative budgeting, expense management, and financial processes - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities under time pressure - Proactive, responsible, and solution-driven, with a strong willingness to learn and grow
