We are seeking a professional who is proficient in the Vietnamese stock market, possesses experience in securities brokerage, and has an in-depth understanding of Vietnam's financial markets and regulatory environment. This role is responsible for researching and analyzing Vietnam's capital markets, offering insights into market trends, industry dynamics, and investment opportunities to support investment decisions for the company's management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Vietnam Capital Market Research: • Track macroeconomic developments, policy changes, industry trends, and individual stock performance in Vietnam's securities market. • Analyze Vietnam’s stock market, funds, bonds, and other financial instruments to provide market analysis reports. • Study market volatility, liquidity, and international capital flows, assessing potential opportunities and risks. 2. Investment Opportunity Investigation and Analysis: • Monitor Vietnam's emerging industries, IPOs, and policy changes to suggest investment opportunities for the company. • Conduct industry research to evaluate market size, competitive landscape, and growth prospects across various sectors. • Examine corporate financial conditions and produce data-driven company valuation reports. 3. Capital Market Information Collection and Collaboration: • Maintain and expand relationships with securities brokerages, investment banks, funds, research institutions, and regulatory authorities to ensure comprehensive and timely information channels. • Participate in industry conferences, market research activities, and other events to gather up-to-date market dynamics. 4. Regulatory Policies and Compliance Research: • Study Vietnam's capital market laws, securities regulations, and policies to ensure research outcomes meet compliance requirements. • Monitor changes in market regulations and provide reference suggestions to formulate compliant investment strategies for the company.
1. Educational Background and Experience: • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance, economics, investment, statistics, or related fields. • Familiarity with Vietnam's capital markets and regulatory system • Previous experience in securities brokerages, investment banks, or fund company research position 2. Professional Skills: • Knowledgeable in Vietnam’s securities market, industry research, stock valuation, and investment analysis methods. • Strong skills in macroeconomic analysis, financial modeling, and market research. • Proficient in using financial data analysis tools such as Bloomberg, Reuters, and Trading View to create professional market analysis reports. 3. Language and Communication Skills: • Fluent in Chinese, capable of reading and writing financial reports seamlessly. • Exceptional ability to synthesize information and create comprehensive reports while clearly expressing market analysis conclusions.
