Market Analysis - Carries out the Market/Competitor analysis, defining opportunity size and targeted accounts. Marketing Plan - Develop/Implement and execute a actionable marketing plan/program for assigned segment; Integrate product - Plan to key market plans; Create new business opportunities; - Build & manage trade programs to ensure they stimulate demands & brand choice - Product messaging & monitoring outcomes - Product & Innovation: Play a key team member of New product Introduction process; Identify outsourcing opportunities; Develop Product packaging; Price - Set Pricing Structure & be accountable for Price Page, oversee segment gross margin Promotion - Own PUSH/PULL programs - Manage Seminars/Workshops/ Exhibitions/ KOL/ Top customers - A&P Management Marketing Operations - Inventory/sample forecast and management - Monthly sales forecasting and reporting - Serve as a primary liaison between Sales /Key Account/ Channel - Transformation Team and Management for Track responses on primarily metrics- focused activities as appropriate (Market Shares, pricing performance, Monthly Review Estimation, quarterly review, competitive analysis, market monitoring and measurement, source of growth, etc.) Field work (at least 20%): - Collect Voice of Customer and Voice of the Market - Obtain competitive intelligence
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing /Medicine/ Pharmacy, - 10 years’ experience in healthcare marketing role in MNC, preferably Medical Device industry - Be able to develop actionable insight on customer, market and competitor - Strong experience in product marketing; strong attention to details, excellent follow through and organizational skills - Experience working with cross functional teams - Financial acumen - Comfortable working with numbers & spreadsheet - Good communications skills in Vietnamese & English
