職務概要

- Identify and engage with potential publishers, agencies, and brand partners - Understand client goals and recommend suitable Adsolut solutions - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships - Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials - Collaborate with internal teams (AdOps, Product, Strategy) to ensure seamless onboarding and campaign execution - Keep an eye on market trends, competitor activity, and media developments - Achieve business development targets and contribute to revenue growth - Assist and lead Sales/Business Development Projects - Innovative idea creation

必要なスキルと経験

- 0–1 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related function—freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in digital media are highly encouraged to apply - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional presence - Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset - Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships - Comfortable with presentations, documentation, and working cross-functionally - Familiarity with advertising platforms or CRMs (like HubSpot or Salesforce) is a bonus but not mandatory
