- Handle potential leads: Contact interested customers, provide consultations, schedule appointments, and follow up on engagement. - Customer onboarding: Set up AI accounts and guide clients in using Easy AI solutions. - Contract procedures: Draft, track, and ensure smooth execution of contracts. - Post-sale customer support: Address inquiries and coordinate with other departments to ensure optimal customer experience. - Support business development plans: Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to optimize customer outreach and drive revenue growth.
